Too Much Vitamin C – Is It Possible ?
Vitamin C or ascorbic acid or ascorbate as we may find it on the label of different vitamin supplements has a very important role in the process of growth and development because it helps the absorption of many minerals in our body.

All these things said vitamins are essential nutrients for human metabolism that ensure the proper functioning of our body, but despite of its many benefits, too much vitamin C can damage our health condition.
